  • Why does it take so long for my order to be shipped?
    Shipping times can vary depending on a few factors, but typically, it can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped out. One reason for this is that I work closely with a smaller, local print shop for my prints. While this ensures attention to detail and quality, it also means that depending on the volume of orders, it may take a bit longer to fulfill them all. For instance, during large art drops when I may receive orders exceeding 400 prints, it can understandably take the print shop some time to handle the workload, as each print is carefully printed and hand-cut. Moreover, for limited edition prints, I personally sign and number each one before they are shipped out. This additional step is crucial for ensuring authenticity and maintaining the value of each piece. As my business is still relatively new, I am continually learning and striving to improve my processes. While I understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, please know that I am committed to delivering the best quality products to you. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to streamline the fulfillment process and address any challenges that may arise along the way.   • Will you ever restock a print after the limited edition has sold out?
    Once a limited edition print is sold out, it is not restocked. This policy ensures the integrity of the limited edition concept, providing collectors with a unique and exclusive piece of art.
  • Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
    If you contact me within 48 hours of placing your order, I'll be able to process a cancellation and issue a full refund. However, please note that beyond this timeframe, I won't be able to accommodate a refund.
  • Do you accept commissions?
